Our retainer program allows us to provide you with peace of mind and free up your brain to do the thing you’re best at – leading your ministry - while we handle all the nitty-gritty media side of things.
Every retainer is different, as every business has different needs. We meet with you to discuss how we can help and make it a point to continue that conversation on an ongoing basis.

Do I have to sign a contract?
We believe that partnerships thrive on frequent and honest communication. We always want a healthy, thriving relationship with our clients, and do not require any contract lengths. We’re confident that you’ll be happy and taken care of!
What is included in a retainer?
Any retainer client is encouraged to pull from the variety of services listed on our website under Services, and many that are not! We pride ourselves on being YES people, so if we can help you, we’ll try!
How much does the retainer program cost?
Every client is unique and brings their own needs regarding the type and volume of services they will use. We select our retainers on the estimated amount of work needed on a monthly basis. The number can change as the workload evolves.
What if I “go over” my retainer amount?
Some clients view their retainer as a fixed cost and require that we stick to their budgeted retainer amount. When months require more than their allotted hours, we accommodate their needs and lessen the workload in subsequent months to make up the difference. For other clients, we bill the extra hours in order to keep up with the ongoing workload as needed per request.
